高强韧CuZnNiMn纽扣钎料钎焊截齿接头组织与性能

Micro-structure and properties of mining bit brazing joint employed by the high strength and ductility CuZnNiMn button materials

  • 摘要: 针对采煤、掘进机械用截齿,采用短流程方式制备了Cu-Zn-Ni-Mn纽扣型钎料.使用制备的纽扣型钎料,采用高频感应方式完成了实际产品的焊接.焊后分别对焊接接头的宏观形貌、剪切性能、剪切断口形貌、钎焊界面组织及成分进行分析.结果表明,制备的纽扣型钎料能够良好的润湿钢基体和硬质合金,钎焊填缝率达到100%;钎焊接头剪切强度260 MPa以上,剪切形貌为典型的韧窝状韧性断裂.在钢基体-钎料侧,Fe原子与Co原子出现长程扩散,形成Fe基固溶体和Fe-Co-Ni单相固溶体,钎料-硬质合金侧界面的强度依靠钎料向硬质合金内部的扩散与Co元素的固溶获得.

     

    Abstract: Cu-Zn-Ni-Mn button brazing filler metal was prepared in this paper for mining bit of coal mining and tunneling machines. The welding of the actual product was accomplished by high frequency induction method using the button type brazing filler metal. The macroscopic morphology, shear performance, shear fracture morphology, microstructure and composition of brazing interface were analyzed after brazing. The experimental results show that the filler material can wet the steel matrix and hard alloy well, and the brazing rate reached 100%. The shear strength of the brazed joint reached 270 MPa and the shear morphology shown as typical dimple ductile fracture. At the interface of steel-base solder and cemented carbide, Fe atoms and Co atoms appeared long-term diffusion. The solid solution of Fe base and single phase solid solution of Fe-Co-Ni were formed, which ensures the good strength and toughness of the brazing interface.
