焊接车间多尘源粉尘分布数学模型和验证

Theoretical study on dust distribution of multiple dust sources in welding workshop

  • 摘要: 为了对焊接车间粉尘进行高效治理,对焊接车间粉尘分布规律进行了研究. 采用理论计算的方法,运用大气紊流扩散模型,考虑焊接车间作业点多且产尘复杂的情况,理论计算得到了实测多尘源情况下的粉尘分布. 与现场实测值进行了对比,验证了理论计算方法的可行性. 结果表明,单区域作业时,粉尘主要分布在测点13和测点14附近,两点处的粉尘浓度均为6.297 mg/m3;相邻区域作业时,粉尘主要分布在测点16附近,此处粉尘浓度为11.852 mg/m3;对角区域作业时,测点24附近的粉尘浓度最大,其浓度值为9.088 mg/m3,测点14和测点15附近的粉尘浓度也较大,其粉尘浓度均为6.284 mg/m3;多尘源共同作用区域粉尘有叠加.

     

    Abstract: In order to treat the dust in the welding workshop, the dust distribution law of the welding workshop was studied. Using the method of theoretical calculation and the atmospheric turbulence diffusion model, and considering the situation that there were multiple dust sources in the welding workshop, the dust distribution of multiple dust sources was theoretically calculated and compared with the measured values. The feasibility of the theoretical calculation method was verified. The results showed that the dust was mainly distributed in the vicinity of the measuring point 13 and point 14 in the case of single area, the dust concentration at both points was 6.297 mg/m3. In the case of adjacent area, the dust was mainly distributed in the vicinity of the measuring point 16, the dust concentration here was 11.852 mg/m3. In the case of diagonal area, the dust concentration in the vicinity of the measuring point 24 was the largest, its concentration value was 9.088 mg/m3, the dust concentration in the vicinity of the measuring point 14 and point 15 was also large, its dust concentration was 6.284 mg/m3. And the dust concentration increased in multiple dust sources interaction areas.
