弧焊逆变电源的网络化CAD系统

Web-based CAD system for arc welding inverter power supply

  • 摘要: 探讨了以Web网站为平台的弧焊电源CAD技术的可能性与优点,针对弧焊逆变电源的网络化CAD设计技术,提出了系统的组成方案、重要设计原则和具体设计方法. 开发了以普通网页浏览器为客户端的网络化CAD系统,采用浏览器、Web服务器和数据库服务器的结构模式,主要基于ASP动态服务器页面技术,同时结合ActiveX组件、VB程序设计方法以及Access数据库编程技术共同实现. 结果表明,该系统在给定基本的设计条件信息后,可以实现弧焊逆变电源的一站式和分步式设计,完成全部参数计算结果和主要元器件选型. 研究有助于促进弧焊电源设计的规范化、标准化和优化设计以及产品质量的改进.

     

    Abstract: The possibility and advantages of CAD technology for arc welding power source based on web platform were discussed. In regards of arc welding inverter power supply, the general scheme, design principles and concrete design method of the CAD system were proposed. A networked CAD system with common web browser as the client’s terminal was developed, which adopts the structure of browser, web server and database server. It was mainly based on the ASP dynamic server page technology and implemented by combining the ActiveX component, VB programming method and access database programming technology together. The results indicated that the system could work properly and the CAD procedure was completed. Given the information of the design conditions, the one-stop and multi-steps design of arc welding inverter power supply could be realized separately, including the calculation of all parameters and the selection of main components. The study would be helpful to the normalization, standardization and optimization of arc welding power supply design, as well as the quality improvement of products.
