爆炸焊接研制核聚变用大厚度铜−不锈钢复合板

Development of large thickness copper-stainless steel plate for nuclear fusion based on explosive welding technology

  • 摘要: 大厚度铜–不锈钢复合板是核聚变反应堆的重要部件,除了要满足复合率技术指标外,复合界面抗拉强度、抗剪强度和界面波形态也远远高于常规复合板材的要求,单纯依靠常规的技术工艺需要多次试验才能满足技术要求. 为了解决这个技术难题,基于爆炸焊接理论计算确定大厚度铜–不锈钢爆炸焊接窗口和合理的爆炸焊接工艺参数以确保复合板的质量. 结果表明,将理论分析、数值计算和爆炸焊接试验相结合可以作为爆炸复合材料的生产加工一种标准化的技术方法.

     

    Abstract: Large thickness copper-stainless steel clad plate is an important part for nuclear fusion reactor. In addition to the technical requirements of composite ratio, tensile strength, shear strength and interfacial wave shape are far higher than those of conventional clad plate. Many experiments are required to meet the technical requirements by conventional methods. To solve the technical problem and ensure the quality of explosive welding, the optimal process parameters and welding window can be determined based on the theory calculation. Results of the development of large thickness copper stainless steel clad plates with explosive welding showed that the combinations of theoretical analysis, numerical calculation and experiments could be acted as a standardized technical method for the production of explosive welding.
