Ti2AlNb金属间化合物惯性摩擦焊接头组织及性能分析

Analysis of microstrctures and properties of Ti2AlNb intermetallic compound inertia fricrion welded joints

  • 摘要: 采用惯性摩擦焊接工艺对Ti2AlNb金属间化合物进行了焊接试验研究,利用SEM观察了焊态及焊后热处理接头各区域显微组织,并分析了接头显微硬度变化趋势. 结果表明,Ti2AlNb金属间化合物试验母材为α2+B2+O三相组织,α2相呈断续网状和块状分布于原B2相晶界,O相呈片状分布在B2相基体上;摩擦焊接头分区明显,WZ为单一B2相等轴晶粒,晶粒均匀细小,热力影响区(TMAZ)近焊缝区为B2+α2相组织,α2相沿摩擦方向呈定向分布,远焊缝区与热力影响区(HAZ)相近为B2+O+α2三相组织;焊后热处理接头WZ为板条状B2+O双相组织,并伴有疑似孪晶出现,TMAZ为B2+O+α2三相组织,近焊缝区原黑色条纹区B2相转变成了块状O相,其余B2相转变成B2+O相板条束,HAZ组织与母材相近,但具有厚度更细小的O+B2相板条;焊态及焊后热处理接头焊缝区显微硬度最高,随着向母材区过度,显微硬度逐渐降低.

     

    Abstract: Study on welding test of Ti2AlNb intermetallic compound was carried out by the inertial friction welding procedure. Microstructure of welded and welded heat treatment joint was observed by SEM.The microhardness variation trend of the joint was analyzed. The results show that base metal of Ti2AlNb intermetallic compound trial comprise α2+B2+O three phases organization. The α2 phase is distributed in the grain boundary of original B2 phase with intermittent meshes and blocks. The lamellar O phase is distributed in the base metal of B2 phase; The friction welding joint has obvious partition. The weld zoon is composed of single equiaxed grain of B2 phase and grain are uniformly fine. The close to the weld zone of TMAZ is consisted of B2+α2 phase orgainzaton. The α2 phase is directional distribution along the direction of friction. The TMAZ further away from the weld zone is comprised similar of B2+O+α2 three phases organization. Heat treatment joint weld zone after welded composed of B2+O two phase organization and accompanied suspect twinning. The TMAZ consist of B2+O+α2 three phases organization. The B2 phase of original black stripe in the near-weld zone has transformed into the massive O phase and the rest of B2 phase has transformed into B2+O phase lath beam. Microstructure of heat affected zone is similar with base metal, but the thickness of O+B2 phase lath beam is a finer. The microhardness of weld zone of welded joint and heat treatment joint after welded is the highest. With the position transitting to the base metal, the hardness decreases gradually.
