工艺参数对可伐合金/DM308钼组玻璃激光焊接接头结合性能的影响

Effect of process parameters on laser welded joint bonding properties between Kovar alloy and DM308 glass

  • 摘要: 采用YLS-6000型光纤激光器对可伐合金4J29与钼组玻璃DM308进行激光焊接,研究了工艺参数对接头强度和界面结构的影响,分析了界面元素扩散行为. 结果表明,激光功率为700~800 W,焊接速度为4.5 mm/s,离焦量为0时,接头抗剪强度达到最大值,为10.97 MPa;4J29/DM308激光焊接头界面结合良好,存在反应层,分界线清晰可见. 玻璃侧有大量气孔产生,界面某些部位存在少量气孔,导致产生微裂纹;在高温条件下,元素扩散越均匀,界面反应生成Fe2SiO4越多,接头强度越高.

     

    Abstract: Laser welding between Kovar alloy and DM308 Mo glass using YLS-6000 fiber laser was performed. The effects of process parameters on joint strength and interface microstructure were studied as well as diffusion behavior of interface elements. The result shows that: (1) When the laser power is 700-800 W, the welding speed is 4.5 mm/s and the focal distance is 0 mm, the joint shear strength reaches the maximum value of 10.97 MPa; (2) The bonding quality of Kovar alloy/DM308 glass is generally good. A thin reaction layer was observed at the interface. The boundary between the welded seam and the substrates is clear. Microcracks exist in some positions of interface due to the presence of a lot of pores in the glass side; (3) Under high temperature conditions, the element diffusion is more uniform, the more Fe2SiO4is generated at the interface reaction, and the joint strength is the higher.
