铝合金薄板脉冲MIG焊低热输入工艺

Research on low heat input pulsed MIG welding process for aluminum alloy sheet

  • 摘要: 利用数字化焊接电源在AA6061铝合金板上进行了单脉冲,双脉冲和梯形波三种脉冲熔化极焊接工艺的平板堆焊试验.分别通过改变基值时间、焊接速度两种方式来探讨焊接工艺参数对铝合金薄板脉冲MIG焊输入能量及显微组织的影响机理.结果表明,提高焊接速度和通过调节低能量脉冲群的脉冲个数与调节低能量脉冲群的脉冲基值时间来增大基值时间均可以降低热输入,且通过增大基值时间来降低热输入的方式能够细化焊缝组织中的晶粒尺寸,而增大焊接速度则可以提高焊接接头的硬度.

     

    Abstract: Digital welding power supply was used for carrying out Bead-On-Plate welding experiments by single pulsed, double pulsed, and trapezoid modulated pulsed gas metal arc welding. Base current and welding speed were adjusted to investigate the effect of current parameters on heat input of the above welding methods. Effect of different current parameters on solidification structure of welds was also discussed. Results indicate that grain refinement of welds can be achieved by lower heat input, and hardness of welded joints can be improved by faster welding speed.
