脉冲微束等离子弧焊电弧的光辐射强度动态分布特征

Dynamic distribution characteristics of optical radiation intensity of pulsed micro-plasma arc

  • 摘要: 通过研究了脉冲微束等离子弧焊电弧中心轴线上光辐射强度在不同脉冲参数下的动态分布.试验结果表明,微束等离子弧焊电弧沿电弧中心轴线的光辐射强度分布呈“双峰状”,其分布特征及其动态变化在很大程度上受到了脉冲参数(基值电流,峰值电流,占空比,频率)的影响,并且这种影响随着脉冲参数的变化呈现出不同程度的“热惯性”.

     

    Abstract: The dynamic distribution of optical radiation intensity along the central axis of pulsed-current micro-plasma arc was investigated under different pulse parameters. The results show that the distribution curve of radiation intensity along the arc axis had double peaks. The pulse parameters, including base current, peak current, duty ratio, frequency, affected the distribution of radiation intensity along the arc central axis during pulsed-current micro plasma arc welding. And the effect presented different degrees of "thermal inertia" with the change of pulse parameters.
