硼硅玻璃与可伐合金的激光熔接工艺

Direct laser fusion bonding process of borosilicate glass and Kovar alloy

  • 摘要: 对硼硅玻璃与可伐合金的激光直接熔接工艺进行了研究,得到了最佳工艺参数。通过对可伐合金表面进行光纤激光毛化处理,提高了玻璃-金属接头的可靠性。通过扫描电镜、能谱分析等方法对接头界面微观组织及断口形貌进行了观察与分析,对接头的压剪强度进行了测试。结果表明,在激光扫描速度一定时,激光功率越大,反应产物成分越接近Fe2SiO4;在激光功率为650W,扫描速度为15mm/s时,接头压剪强度达到最大值5.8MPa;在此激光工艺参数下,经过激光毛化后的可伐合金与玻璃的接头强度最高可达12。9MPa,比未毛化的接头强度提高了122.4%。

     

    Abstract: Direct laser fusion bonding process of borosilicate glass and Kovar alloy was investigated to obtain the optimum parameters. Surface texturing of Kovar alloy through fiber laser was performed for achieving the reliable joining quality. The microstructure of joint interface and fracture morphology were observed by Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), the distribution of elements was analyzed by Energy Dispersive System (EDS), and the compressive shear strength of joint were tested. The results indicated that the higher laser power, the more Fe2SiO4 in the reaction products when the laser scanning rate is fixed. The maximum compressive shear strength of joint reached 5.8 MPa when the laser power was 650 W and scanning rate was 15mm/s. While the maximum compressive shear strength of glass-textured metal joint was 12.9 MPa under the same laser process parameters, which increased by 122.4% compared with the glass-non-textured metal joint.
