强弱脉冲比率对AA6061铝合金双脉冲焊焊缝质量影响分析

Analysis of strong and weak pulse ratio on weld quality of AA6061 aluminum alloy double pulsed gas metal arc welding

  • 摘要: 针对AA6061铝合金材料双脉冲熔化极气体保护焊,研究了强弱脉冲个数比率的影响. 利用小波分析仪采集焊接电参数,分析了电流波形图、U-I图、电流电压概率密度分布图,并且进行了显微维氏硬度测量. 结果表明,不同强弱脉冲个数比率形成的焊缝是比较均匀的,但随着比率的增大,成形效果变差,焊缝上有明显的飞溅颗粒; 余高与强弱脉冲个数比率成反比,熔宽与之成正比;随着强弱脉冲个数比率的增加,焊接的稳定性较好,但有下降的趋势;不同的强弱脉冲个数比率下得到的焊缝硬度差别不大且分布较均匀.

     

    Abstract: Aiming at double pulsed gas metal arc welding of AA6061 aluminum alloy, the effect of strong and weak pulse number ratio on it was studied. By using wavelet analyzer to collect welding electric parameters, figures of current waveform, U-I, current voltage probability density distribution were analyzed, and the micro Vickers hardness measurement was carried out. The result shows that the weld beads obtained by different strong and weak pulse number were relatively uniform, but with the ratio increasing, there were clear weld spatter on the beads,the appearance become worse. Excess weld metal was inversely proportional to the number ratio,but weld width was in direct proportion to it. With the increasing of the number ratio, the welding stability was relatively excellent, but it had a tendency to decline. The hardness of welds obtained under different number ratio had little difference and distribution were uniform.
