脉冲TIG焊混合电弧模型

Hybrid arc model for pulsed TIG welding

  • 摘要: 基于实际的电弧物理过程分析,设计了相应的电弧阻滞系数方程,结合经典的Mayr和Cassie模型,提出了脉冲钨极氩弧焊 (TIG) 的混合电弧模型;论述了电弧阻滞系数方程中阻滞参数的选取原则,给出了模型中其它相关参数的数值确定方法,并结合电弧的实际进行了参数设定;基于该混合模型,进行了电弧的静特性验证,以及不同频率下的动特性验证. 结果表明,该混合模型能够有效的模拟TIG脉冲电弧.

     

    Abstract: By combining the classical Mayr and Cassie equations, a hybrid arc model for pulsed TIG welding was developed, and an equation of the arc damping factor for the hybrid model is formed by analyzing the actual arc physical process. Selecting principle of the parameters of the arc damping equation was provided. The estimation of the parameters for the hybrid model was also discussed, and the parameters were given according to the actual arc process. The hybrid model was tested both in static arc characteristic and dynamic arc characteristic with different frequencies. The results show that the hybrid arc model could precisely express the V-I characteristic of the arc in pulsed TIG welding process.
