异种先进高强度钢搭接接头熔化极气体保护焊焊接工艺参数优化

GMAW parameter optimization for lap joints of dissimilar AHSS

  • 摘要: 以2 mm板厚无涂层DP780与MS1180钢为母材的异型搭接接头为研究对象,运用正交试验方法优化其熔化极气体保护焊工艺参数. 主要研究了送丝速度、焊接速度、电弧电压、焊接倾角4个影响接头上下板热输入分配的因素对异种材料搭接接头抗拉强度的影响规律. 对正交试验及结果进行直观分析和方差分析,找到了影响接头抗拉强度的主要因子为送丝速度、焊接速度和焊接侧面倾角,同时通过回归分析得到了控制接头抗拉强度的近似二阶数学模型和最优工艺参数组,揭示了主要工艺参数对异种高强度钢搭接接头抗拉强度的影响规律.

     

    Abstract: Gas metal arc welding parameters were optimized by orthogonal experiments for 2 mm thick uncoated DP780 steel plate and 2 mm uncoated MS1180 steel plate. The influences of wire feeding rate, welding speed, arc voltage and welding angle on tensile strength of special lap joints were discussed. Statistical analysis of orthogonal experiments and results proved that wire feeding rate and welding speed are the main influencing factors on the tensile strength of the joints, and the welding angle has less influence on tensile strength. The optimal process parameters and an approximate mathematical model to control the tensile strength of the joint were obtained by fitting the proximate curve through multiple regression analysis, which revealed the regularity of effects of main welding parameters on the tensile strength of the joint.
