600MPa级超细晶粒钢摩擦焊过程性能分析

摘要: 利用摩擦焊对直径为13 mm的600 MPa级别的超细晶粒钢进行了焊接. 结果表明,严格控制摩擦焊工艺参数,超细晶粒钢具有良好的摩擦焊焊接性. 超细晶粒钢摩擦焊接头热影响区出现了轻微的晶粒长大,尺寸至9~11 μm. 接头性能分析表明,超细晶粒钢摩擦焊接头强度可达715 MPa,断面伸长率22%,断面收缩率68%,冲击韧性可达98 J,呈典型的韧性断裂. 急停试验表明,摩擦焊过程中变形区金属在摩擦扭矩和轴向压力大作用下,沿着轴向、切向、径向三个方向流动. 随摩擦时间的增加,不同区域的晶粒的尺寸都略有增加,其中以高温区增加最为明显.Abstract: 13mm diameter bars of 600MPa grade ultra-fine grain steel were welded by friction welding. Experimental results show that ultra-fine grain steel has good weldability of friction welding when the friction welding process parameters were properly controlled. Ultra-fine grain steel friction welding joint was mainly composed of four zones: welding seam, thermo-mechanically affected zone (TMAZ), heat affected zone(HAZ) and base material. The grain size was about 9-11 μm in the HAZ, which was slightly larger than the one of the base metal. Mechanical properties results showed that joint strength of the ultrafine-grained steel friction welding was up to 715 MPa with 22% elongation and 68% contraction ratio of cross section, and impact toughness was about 98 J. Meanwhile typical ductile fracture was obtained for this kind of joint.
