焊接工艺及焊后固溶处理对双相不锈钢钝化膜稳定性的影响

Effects of welding parameters and post-weld solution treatment on stability of duplex stainless steel passivation film

  • 摘要: 通过SEM研究了不同焊接工艺及焊后固溶处理对双相不锈钢SAF2205焊接接头两相比例的影响,并采用电化学交流阻抗测试比较了不同焊接接头钝化膜电化学性质的变化.结果表明,焊接中较高的热输入以及保护气体中添加2%氮气有助于提高焊接接头中γ相的比例,并由此增大焊接接头电化学性质的稳定性,提高腐蚀抗力,而焊后1050℃固溶处理无论是对相比例的恢复以及钝化膜稳定性的提高均具有明显效果.

     

    Abstract: Crack defect is often found in tube filled weld on power boiler set box,which usually causes pipe leakage.In order to avoid this defect,numerical simulation of the tube filled weld was carried out.In this paper,causes of crack were discussed and the influence of the incomplete fusion defection was studied.Then the validity of security analysis method for tube filled weld was proved,and the scientific basis was provided for the overhaul of the power station.
