采用聚焦式变幅杆的超声-TIG复合焊接

  • 摘要: 与传统TIG焊相比,超声-TIG复合焊在铝合金及不锈钢焊接中可提高焊接效率、改善焊缝组织和力学性能,应用前景广泛.然而受超声振幅大小和耦合方式限制,超声作用效果有限.针对该问题,提出凹面聚焦式变幅杆.利用COMSOL Multiphysics软件优化凹面曲率半径,确定为21 mm.对聚焦式复合焊枪声场分布进行模拟.结果表明,与平面相对比,聚焦式变幅杆可改善声压分布,工件表面处声压幅值也由14.81 kPa增加到77.489 kPa,提高近5倍.利用聚焦式复合焊接装置进行焊接试验,与同参数平面复合焊接系统所得试验结果相比,焊缝熔深增加,接头晶粒更细小,抗拉强度提高,超声作用效果更显著.

     

    Abstract: The thermal expansion works in the whole welding process.Taking into account the phase transition on the thermal expansion coefficient,a two-dimensional axisymmetric finite element numerical analysis model of the resistance spot welding considering the effects of phase transition was performed.Then based on the thermal results considering the impact of latent heat,the resistance spot welding stress field and deformation of the weldment of dual-phase steel DP600 were analyzed with the thermal elastic-plastic theory and the linear rule of mixtures taking into account of the phase transition.The results show that the analysis result is closer to the actual situation by considering the phase transition on the thermal expansion coefficient.
