一种应用于薄板搭接的磁控电弧焊缝跟踪方法

A seam tracking method for overlap sheet welding based on magnetic-control arc sensing

  • 摘要: 薄板搭接的焊缝自动跟踪一直以来都是焊接领域的一个难点,针对其特点提出了一种应用于薄板搭接的磁控电弧焊缝跟踪方法,该方法是采用外加横向交变磁场来控制焊接电弧左右摆动扫描搭接坡口并通过检测焊接电流的变化规律来检测焊缝的偏差信号.分别采用双级二阶巴特沃思硬件滤波和小波滤波软件处理,并进行相关对比,最终选定小波阈值降噪滤波处理方法.针对薄板搭接特点和磁控电弧摆动规律,提出了一种基于中点均分面积积分单边比较法和焊枪控制法相结合的焊缝偏差控制方法.通过实际的焊缝跟踪试验表明,这种磁控电弧焊缝自动跟踪方法在薄板搭接上具有独特的优势.

     

    Abstract: Microstructures and mechanical properties of the whole specimen in the 12 mm thick plate joint obtained by floating bobbin friction stir welding (FBFSW) were studied.The results showed that refined equiaxed grains could be observed in weld nugget zone (WNZ),and the segregation phases were broken up and mostly dissolved into the matrix.The microstructure in the heat affected zone (HAZ) consists of coarse bar-shape recovery grain.The profile of micro-hardness across the weld exhibits exhibits like"W"and the fluctuation in hardness along the thickness direction of joint was small and that the HAZ has serious softening.The fracture analysis showed that the fracture mode of the joint is ductile fracture.When the rotating speed is 600 r/min and the wielding speed is 300 mm/min,the good weld is achieved.The tensile strength of the joint reaches 231 MPa, which is about 79% of the ultimate strength of the base material.
