40CrMnMo厚壁管的窄间隙脉冲MAG焊接

  • 摘要: 结合石油钻铤小直径厚壁管结构和40CrMnMo材质的特性,优选了窄间隙脉冲熔化极气体保护焊方法,针对窄间隙焊存在气体保护差与侧壁熔合缺陷的难点,进行了大量的焊接工艺试验,探讨了窄坡口中电弧的气体保护、电弧形态、电弧稳定性、焊缝成形质量,优化了窄间隙连续多层焊接工艺参数.设计了专用窄间隙焊枪,其结构简单紧凑可达性好、气体保护效果好,具有易引弧、电弧燃烧稳定、避免侧壁打弧的特性.通过对接头的力学性能试验及金相组织分析结果表明,焊接接头的力学性能完全满足石油钻铤使用的要求.

     

    Abstract: Considering the structure characteristics of small-diameter thick-walled pipe and the properties of 40CrMnMo steel,narrow gap pulsed MAG welding technique was preferred to weld the oil drill collars. A large number of experiments were conducted to improve the gas protection,arc morphology and stability, and weld appearance to avoid the sidewall fusion defects during welding,and the narrow gap multi-layer welding parameters were optimized. Furthermore,a new special narrow gap welding torch was designed,which had advantages such as simple and compact structure,good accessibility,good gas protection, easy ignition,stable arc combustion and free from sidewall ignition. The mechanical tests and microstructure analysis show that the mechanical properties of joints can satisfy the practical requirements of the oil drill collars.
