摘要: 采用变精度粗糙集方法对铝合金焊接接头疲劳寿命预测进行建模,采用基于联合熵的离散化算法和属性约简算法对信息进行处理,获取能预测铝合金焊接接头疲劳寿命的动态模型,并对该方法的主要步骤和关键问题做了阐述.基于试验室获取的小批量试验数据对该模型进行试验分析,结果表明,该模型既具有一定的噪声容忍度又具有较高的正确度和覆盖度.该方法拓展了粗糙集理论的应用领域,并为铝合金焊接接头疲劳寿命的预测提供了一种新方法,具有较大的应用潜力.Abstract: A model with variable precision rough set (VPRS) was established to predict the fatigue life of aluminum alloy welded joints.The main steps and the key issues were described, and the united entropy-based discretization algorithm and attribute reduction algorithm were used to process the data.The results show that the developed model had high accuracy and coverage with a certain noise tolerance.This method broadens the application of rough set theory and provides a new way to predict the fatigue life of welded joints.
