方管管端焊接坡口模型及加工工艺精度

Welding groove model and accuracy of processing technology for square tube

  • 摘要: 针对一般用于加工圆管的五轴联动数控切割机床在加工方管时出现的加工工艺问题,相对传统的管、管模型,运用解析几何方法推导出了新的圆、方管空间相贯数学模型,提出了解决纵向轴补偿的"外接圆包络法",研究了适用于方管切割时切割角度的割炬位姿和两面角、坡口角等相关参数的数学模型,解决了方管相贯线拐点处坡口处理难题,提出了对带突变的切割轨迹的精度进行控制的自适应分点法和突变位置速度的控制处理方法,并验证了所建立的数学模型的可靠性和实用性.为多功能数控管道切割机床的开发提供了新的理论依据和思路.

     

    Abstract: The processing technology for round tube in five-axis CNC pipe cutting machine cannot completely support the cutting for square tube. Relative to the traditional intersecting model,a new model named 'Circumcircle Enveloping' based on round-square tube space intersecting mathematical model is developed to solve the longitudinal axis compensation. The mathematical models of square tube and related parameters at different intersecting sections,such as dihedral angle,groove angle,torch pose angle,were studied. A method named 'Adaptive Points' and speed control at inflexion positions are proposed to control the precision of cutting path. The experimental results verify the validity and applicability of the above models,which provides theoretical basis and ideas for developing multi-function CNC pipe cutting machines.
