双立爆炸焊接及防护装置数值模拟和试验
Numerical simulation and experimental research of double vertical explosive welding and its safeguard

摘要: 通过设计一种防护结构,建立了双立爆炸焊接以及防护装置三维数值模型.模拟了双立爆炸法两对复合板的焊接和运动过程以及与防护装置的碰撞过程,获得了爆炸焊接复合板压力场、速度场的分布.所建立的爆炸焊接三维数值模型可计算复板运动最大速度与碰撞点的压力,为防护装置的设计优化提供理论基础和依据.采用此防护装置及双立爆炸方法,装药量仅为现行平行爆炸焊接方法的1/3,而且焊后复合板不会产生明显变形,易于后续加工.Abstract: A three-dimensional numerical model is established to simulate the double vertical explosive welding process of two pairs of clad plates and their collision with the preventive device,and the distribution of pressure field and velocity are obtained during the explosive welding of clad plates.The maximum velocity of the clad plates and collision pressure are calculated with the established model that can be used to design the preventive device.With the double vertical explosive welding process and preventive device,almost two thirds of the explosive charge volume could be saved,and no apparent deformation took place to the clad plates during double vertical explosive welding.
