新型半桥软开关CO2逆变焊机

New half-bridge soft-switching CO2 inverter welding machine

  • 摘要: 针对降低CO2逆变焊机的开关损耗、输出电压纹波以及数字化控制等问题,分析了一种在直流母线回路增加两只功率开关器件的半桥DC-DC变换器软开关工作机理.基于先进精简指令微处理器(advanced RISC machines,简称ARM)设计具有电流和电压双闭环控制策略的全数字化CO2逆变焊机.在Matlab/Simulink环境下,对新型半桥DC-DC变换器的软开关工作过程进行仿真分析.结果表明,与传统模拟控制的半桥逆变焊机相比,这种ARM控制的新型半桥软开关逆变焊机具有开关损耗低、电压纹波小、编程灵活、稳定性好等优点.

     

    Abstract: In order to reduce the switching loss and ripple of output voltage of CO2 inverter welding machine and realize the digital control,the soft-switching commutation principle of halfbridge DC-DC converter with adding two assistant power switches to DC busline side is analyzed in this paper.Based on ARMcontrolled and double closed-loop(current and voltage) control strategy,a full digital CO2 inverter welding machine is designed.The soft-switching commutation of new half-bridge DC-DC converter is simulated in the Matlab/Simulink environment.The experimental results illustrate that the full digital ARM-controlled new half-bridge soft-switching inverter welding machine has significant advantages over the traditional analog-controlled inverter welding machine,such as low switching loss,low voltage ripple,flexible programming ability and better stability.
