Control system for high-efficiency double-electrode MIG welding

  • 摘要: 提出了新型双丝旁路耦合电弧MIG高效焊接方法,理论分析证明其有利于高效焊接过程,但焊接试验表明该方法在开环情况下焊接过程极不稳定,焊缝成形差.分析了双丝旁路耦合电弧开环不稳定的原因,提出了双丝旁路耦合电弧MIG焊闭环控制方法,采用基于xPC实时目标机技术建立了双丝旁路耦合电弧控制硬件系统,运用Mat-lab/Simulink工具开发了其控制系统的快速原型.结果表明,模糊控制器的控制效果可以满足稳定焊接的要求.在此基础上进行了高效焊接试验,与传统MIG焊方法相比可大幅提高焊接效率.
    Abstract: A novel and highly effective double-electrode metal inert gas(MIG) welding process was presented.However,the coupled arc under open-loop control condition was unstable,which led to serious defects in the resultant weld.A closed-loop control system for double-electrode MIG welding process was designed to resolve the instability problem under open-loop control system.Then a rapid prototyping control system based on xPC real-time target technology was established,and the control software was designed with Matlab/Simulink tools.The results show that the fuzzy controller can satisfy the arc stabilizing control requirement,and have higher efficiency and lower spatter than the conventional MIG welding process.
