T/P92钢镍对熔敷金属组织和性能的影响

Effects of Ni in deposited metal of T/P92 steel on microstructure and property

  • 摘要: 研究了焊丝中添加不同含量镍对熔敷金属组织和性能的影响.通过TEM电镜观察、扫描电镜以及XRD衍射试验说明熔敷金属中存在析出相Cr23C6和MX,熔敷金属中不存在Laves相.通过光学电镜以及高温力学性能试验对熔敷金属组织和性能进行研究.结果表明,伴随熔敷金属中镍含量的提高,强度增加;当镍含量<1.0%时,其室温下的韧度值随镍含量的提高而增加,当镍含量≥1.0%时,韧度开始下降.

     

    Abstract: Effects of different content of Ni additions in filler wires on microstructure and property of deposited metal were investigated.The Cr23C6 and MX phases were observed in deposited metal using transmission electron microscopy(TEM),scanning elctron microscopy(SEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD).While the phase of laves was not observed in deposited metal.Microstructure and property in deposited metal were also investigated using optical microscope(OM) and high temperature mechanical property experiment,respectively.The results showed that the strength of deposited metal improved with the increase of Ni in filler metal.The toughness increased with the increase of Ni when the content of Ni was less than 1%.While the toughness started to decrease with the content of Ni was higher than 1%.
