大型双湿式搅拌机螺旋轴焊接的数值模拟

摘要: 借助三维建模软件和有限元分析软件,通过数值模拟手段,全面细致地模拟了大型双湿式搅拌机螺旋轴焊接过程中产生的应力、应变、温度场分布及其变化规律,得到了螺旋轴轴端和犁刀部位的温度场、应力场和应变场的分布及其具体数值,根据分析结果绘制了螺旋轴焊接过程中各性能参数随时间变化的曲线.结果表明,残余应力明显小于材料的许用应力,焊接变形量在设计允许范围内,该结构设计合理,能够满足实际生产要求.研究方法和手段为焊接加工提供了理论基础.Abstract: With three-dimensional modeling software and finite element analysis software,the stress/strain,temperature distribution and their variations generated in the screw shaft welding of the scale wet-type stirring mill are simulated,and the fields of the stress/strain,temperature are draw out. At the same time,the performance curve in welding process of screw shaft was draw out according to the analysis results. The analysis and experimental results indicate that the residual stress is obviously lower than permissible stress and the welding deformation is within designed permissible range,which is satisfied with reality producing request.
