摩擦焊机液压系统节能减耗方法

Energy-saving ways for friction welding hydraulic systems

  • 摘要: 针对当前摩擦焊机液压系统采用定量泵驱动带来的能耗大、油液温升快、焊接参数不稳定等问题,提出了节能型液压系统,即计算机控制下的比例变量泵驱动的施力系统和恒压变量泵驱动的辅助系统.分析了液压系统的节能原理,对两类液压系统的能量参数进行了试验测量.结果表明,节能型液压系统由于采用变量泵供油,流量可根据需要设定或自动调节,减小了高压溢流能量损失.在文中试验条件下,与普通液压系统相比,节能型液压系统的总能耗可降低57%,特别是在预顶、摩擦和顶锻阶段,节能效果显著.该系统具有能量利用率高、能量消耗小、节能效果好特点,已应用于工业现场.

     

    Abstract: To resolve the problems of the friction welding machine hydraulic systems with fixed displacement pump,such as large energy consumption,quick oil temperature rising and instability of welding pressure parameter,the energy-saving hydraulic system is developed,which includes the force applying system with the proportional variable displacement pump under the computer-controlled and the auxiliary system with the constant pressure variable displacement pump. The energy-saving principle of the new hydraulic system is analyzed,and the energy consumption performances of the two type hydraulic systems are tested. The results showed that under the same condition,the energy-saving hydraulic system could reduce energy consumption by 57% compared with the ordinary hydraulic system. The energy savings are very effective during the stages of pre-weld,friction and forge. The energy-saving hydraulic system has good features of higher energy efficiency,lower energy consumption and better energy saving,and has been used in industry.
