Microstructure in HAZ of ASTMA213-T92

  • 摘要: 利用热模拟方法,研究了ASTMA213-T92钢焊接热影响区的微观组织特征.结果表明,当热模拟峰值温度(Tmax)低于T92钢AC1时,热影响区中主要为板条状回火马氏体组织.当Tmax超过AC1时,焊接热影响区中开始出现M-A组元,主要分布在板条马氏体边界、原奥氏体晶界及正在转变的马氏体板条内部.在Tmax为1350℃的粗晶区中的M-A组元尺寸粗大.Tmax为740~815,870,970,1350℃的微观组织可用来表征T92钢焊接热影响区各特征区的典型组织特点.

     

    Abstract: By thermal simulation, the HAZ microstructures of ASTMA213-T92 steel was studied. The results show that when the peak temperature (Tmax) of simulated thermal cycle is lower than AC1 of T92, the structure in HAZ is tempered martensite. When Tmax is above AC1, M-A appears in HAZ,which is distributed mainly in martensite lath boundary, austensite grain boundary and inside of transforming martensite lath. M-A size is much larger in coarse grain zone with the Tmax of 1350℃. The microstructures at the Tmax of 740- 815,870,970,1350℃ can present typical characteristics of different zones in HAZ respectively.
