管桁结构管端焊接装配面模型及切割精度控制

Pipe end mating face model and cutting precision control method for pipe truss structure

  • 摘要: 在分析管桁结构管端5轴联动数控切割机床加工原理的基础上,应用空间解析几何数学方法推导出了两管相贯的相贯线数学模型.在此基础上,结合切割角度、实际切割时的纵向补偿及扭转角公式,建立了管桁结构管端焊接装配面数学模型.通过分析传统分点方法及其存在的问题,提出了一种根据拟合精度要求的多次比较分点法来控制切割精度.用AutoCAD VBA编程仿真,并与AutoCAD三维模型数据对比,验证了文中提出的数学模型及其切割精度控制方法的可靠性.

     

    Abstract: Based on analyzing the principle of pipe end CNC cutting and spatial analytic geometry, this paper obtained a pipe-pipe intersecting line mathematic model. On this foundation, combined with other research results, it puts forward a pipe end mating face model. Compare with the traditional ones, the model avoids complex matrix transformation of spatial coordinates, and is more simple and pellucid, which makes it easily to be programmed. Besides, by pointing out the disadvantages of the common dividing method, the paper developed a compared dividing method to improve fitting precision. The model and methods described has been tested by AutoCAD VBA program simulation, and been applied in developing related software.
