不同内压对锥柱耐压壳焊接残余应力的影响

Different internal pressure influence on welding residual stresse of cone-cylinder pressure shell structure

  • 摘要: 为了研究高强钢锥柱耐压壳焊接残余应力在不同内压作用下的变化规律,首先运用ANSYS中的APDL语言编制了焊接残余应力计算程序,并用模型试验验证其可靠性.在数值模拟和试验结果相一致的基础上,计算了锥柱耐压壳的初始焊接残余应力.然后对有初始焊接残余应力的锥柱耐压壳在不同内压下的残余应力变化规律进行研究.结果表明,随着内压的增加,内壳表面焊接残余拉应力呈下降趋势.最后归纳出在一定范围的内压下,内壳剩余最大残余拉应力和内压之间的关系曲线.研究结果将为大型焊接结构进行安全分析提供技术支撑.

     

    Abstract: In order to study the variation of welding residual stresses of cone-cylinder pressure shell structures under different internal pressure, first a calculation program of welding residual stresses is accomplished with APDL of ANSYS, and its reliability is validated by a test. Based on the agreement of numerical simulation and the test, the initial welding residual stresses of the cone-cylinder pressure shell structure are calculated. Then the variation regularity of the welding residual stresses of the cone-cylinder pressure shell structure under different internal pressure is analyzed. It is obtained that the inner shell surface welding residual stresses decrease with the increasing of the internal pressure. At last, the relation of the maximum residual stresses of inner shell and the internal pressure in a certain pressure range is deduced.
