工艺参数对铝镁搅拌摩擦焊焊缝成形质量的影响

Effect of parameters on friction stir welding joint of 7075Al and AZ31BMg

  • 摘要: 工艺参数对铝镁异种材料搅拌摩擦焊接头质量有着重要影响,研究了焊接速度,搅拌头旋转频率,材料放置位置,搅拌头正反转及偏移等工艺参数对7075铝合金与AZ31B热挤压态镁合金异种材料搅拌摩擦焊对接接头成形质量的影响.结果表明,在搅拌针旋转频率为13 r/s,焊接速度为30 mm/min下可获得较好的焊缝成形质量;另外,要获得表面无缺陷的光滑焊缝,在进行7075Al-AZ31BMg搅拌摩擦焊时,7075铝合金应放在后退侧、搅拌头在焊接时应有所偏移,同时搅拌头应采取正转以防止飞边的产生.

     

    Abstract: The friction effect of welding parameters such as welding speed, rotating frequency and material location on the stir welding joints of 7075Al and AZ31BMg were analyzed. The results show that the good welding joint is obtained when the rotating frequency is 13 rad/s and the welding speed is 30 mm/min. Besides, in order to obtain no defect welding joint, 7075Al should be set on back side, the pin should be clockwise and offset to Al or Mg side.
