超声-电弧复合焊接系统换能器优化设计

Optimization design of ultrasonic transducer in ultrasonic-arc hybrid welding system

  • 摘要: 研究了超声-电弧复合焊接系统中超声换能器的优化设计方法.根据超声-电弧复合焊接系统工作条件确定了超声换能器整体形式和各部分材料.通过传统解析法推导了超声换能器整体谐振频率方程,求解各部分基础尺寸.利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对解析法设计的超声换能器结构进行了模态分析,研究了前后盖板尺寸对于超声换能器谐振频率的影响并优化了基础尺寸.利用阻抗分析仪测试了超声换能器的阻抗特性.结果表明,超声换能器的谐振频率与ANSYS模态分析结果基本一致,性能参数良好,优化结果满足设计要求.

     

    Abstract: The optimum design method for the ultrasonic transducer in the ultrasonic-arc hybrid welding system is presented in this paper.The whole structure of the transducer and the material are chosen by the work conditions.On the basis of the traditional analytical method,the resonant frequency of the whole ultrasonic transducer is deduced in order to get the basic dimensions.The modal of the ultrasonic transducer is analyzed by the finite element analysis with ANSYS.The effects of the front block size and the back block size to the ultrasonic transducer resonant frequency are researched and further optimize dimensions of the ultrasonic transducer is approached.With an impedance analyzer,the impedance characteristics of the ultrasonic transducer is tested and results show that the resonant frequency of the ultrasonic transducer is basically consistent with the modal analysis of the ANSYS and the main performance parameters are good.
