超声频电弧对SiCp/6061Al等离子弧焊缝微观组织的影响

Effect of ultrasonic frequency arc on microstructures of joint in plasma arc welding of SiCp/Al MMCs

  • 摘要: 应用高通滤波器原理设计了一台隔离耦合装置,实现了交流弧焊电源与高频激励源的隔离与耦合,成功在交流电弧中激励出超声波.以自主研制的Al-5Ti-5Si药芯焊丝为填充材料对SiCp/6061Al基复合材料进行等离子弧原位合金化焊接,在不同频率电弧超声作用下研究了电弧超声频率对焊缝组织的影响.对比0(不加超声),30,40,50,60 kHz超声作用下的焊缝组织发现,随着频率的提高,焊缝中的Al3Ti相形貌得以改善,从长条状变为断续短棒状;新生颗粒增强相AlN,TiN增多,且分布更为均匀;晶间偏析富Si相也随频率的提高而大幅减少.

     

    Abstract: The isolated coupling device designed according to the principles of high-pass filter is used to link the AC arc welding power and high-frequency excitation source in order to excite arc-ultrasonic by modulating the alternating plasma arc.By adding Al-5Ti-5Si as filling material,the effect of alternating current arc ultrasonic frequency on the microstructures of joint of SiCp/6061Al MMCs in plasma arc in-situ weld-alloying welding is investigated.By comparing the different weld microstructures under different frequencies(0,30,40,50 and 60 kHz),metallographic analyses show that the morphology of Al3Ti can be improved,from a long strip into intermittent short rod-like;new particle-reinforced phase(AlN,TiN) is increased and more evenly distributed;intergranular segregation of Si-rich phase also is significantly reduced with the frequency increase.
