自适应中值滤波在焊缝视觉跟踪中的应用

摘要: 焊缝图像的滤波去噪是焊缝图像处理的第一步,也是实现焊缝视觉跟踪的一个重要环节.针对传统中值滤波存在的问题,分析了影响中值滤波效果的因素,引入并编程实现了焊缝图像的自适应中值滤波算法.与传统的滤波去噪效果相比,自适应中值滤波算法可以更为有效地去除焊缝图像中的噪声.特别是对于大噪声的焊缝图像,去噪效果远远好于传统的中值滤波算法.结果表明,该算法在保护焊缝图像边缘的同时可以有效地去除噪声,为焊缝图像的后续处理打下坚实基础.Abstract: Filtering denoising is not only the first step in seam image,but also one of the important contents to realize the vision seam tracking.To solve the problems existed in traditional median filtering,the affecting factors of median filtering were analyzed.The adaptive median filtering was introduced and the program was realized.Comparing with traditional median filtering,the adaptive median filtering could remove noise more effectively.Especially for the seam image of strong noise,processing performance of adaptive median filtering was far better than that of traditional median filtering.The results showed that noise of seam image could be effectively eliminated with edge perserving by adaptive median filtering algorithm,which laid a solid foundation for the subsequent processing.
