201不锈钢点焊过程的数值模拟

摘要: 采用Ansys有限元分析软件,对201不锈钢电阻点焊过程温度场和应力场进行模拟,分析了点焊加热及冷却过程的特点和温度分布规律,探讨了点焊过程的应力变化以及分布特点.模拟发现,随着点焊加热的进行,逐渐形成以贴合面对称的椭圆形熔核,熔核内部以压应力为主;冷却过程中工件内等温线保持椭圆形收缩,熔核内部的应力逐渐转化为拉应力.通过试验测定了实际点焊条件下的接头熔核尺寸.结果表明,模拟结果准确可靠.Abstract: Temperature and residual stress field of 201 stainless steel spot welding process were simulated by Ansys finite element software.The characteristics of spot heating and cooling and the temperature distribution were analyzed,and the diversification and distribution of stress were discussed.The results show that with spot welding heating,symmetrical ellipse nugget gradually forms along the joint surface,and compressive stress is mainly in the nugget;at cooling moment,the isotherm of welding area reduces with the shape of ellipse,and the stress in nugget transforms to tensile stress.The actual nugget sizes of spot welding joints are measured to verify that the simulation results are accurate and reliable.
