时效处理对2205双相不锈钢焊接接头组织的影响

Effect of aging treatment on microstructure of 2205 duplex stainless steel welds

  • 摘要: 对固溶处理后的焊条电弧焊焊接2205双相不锈钢接头进行850℃保温30,180,360 min时效处理.采用光学显微镜、X射线衍射仪、能谱仪和铁素体仪分析了不同区域组织演变和σ相析出的规律.结果表明,焊接接头进行时效处理后,各区域均有σ相析出,析出位置主要在α/γ晶界或α/α晶界,并且σ相向铁素体内部长大,其析出机理是ασ+γ2.延长时效时间,铁素体含量降低,σ相含量升高;σ相由点状→连续网状→片状分布转变;与母材和HAZ相比,焊缝区对时效处理最为敏感,σ相析出速率最大,当时效360 min后,铁素体几乎完全转变成奥氏体和σ相.

     

    Abstract: The solution-treated welded joints of 2205 duplex stainless steel welded by shielded metal arc welding were treated by aging treatment at 850℃ for 30,180 and 360 min,respectively.The microstructure evolution and the precipitation of σ phase were analyzed by OM,XRD,EDS and ferrite scope detector.The results indicate that in each region of the aged joints,σ phase precipitates at γ/α or α/α grain boundaries and grows into ferrite phase.The formation mechanism is a eutectoid reaction of ασ+γ2.The increase of aging time leads to a decrease in ferrite phase and an increase in σ phase.σ phase morphology changes from spotted→reticular→schistic state.Compared to the base metal and HAZ,the weld metal with the most precipitation rate of σ phase is more sensitive to the aging treatment,in which the ferrite almost completely transforms into austenite and σ phase after aging for 360 min.
