基于旋转电弧传感的焊缝偏差信息提取方法

Extraction method for welding seam deviation based on rotating arc sensor

  • 摘要: 介绍了旋转电弧传感器焊缝偏差信息提取的基本原理.为减小熔池扰动对焊接电流的影响,提出了"四分圆周采样法",并分析了这种采样方法的实现过程;提出一种新的CO2焊接电流信号处理方法——"双模拟滤波+指数平滑数字滤波".分析了这种方法的基本原理和计算步骤,在此基础上得到空间曲线焊缝的偏差信息.结果表明,基于"四分圆周采样法"和"双模拟滤波+指数平滑数字滤波"的焊缝偏差信息提取方法的焊缝偏差计算结果可以用于焊缝跟踪.

     

    Abstract: The basic principle of rotating arc sensor extraction for welding seam deviation was introduced.In order to reduce the influence of weld pool disturbance on the welding current,a sampling method of the welding current signals-'Sample a quarter of the circle' was proposed and the implementation process of sampling was analyzed.A new signal processing method for carbon dioxide gas arc welding current was also proposed,and the basic principle and calculation steps were analyzed.On the basis of the method,the weld seam deviation signal for space curve was received.The results showed that the extraction for welding seam deviation based on 'Sample a quarter of the circle','Double analog filtering' and 'Exponential smoothing digital filter' could be applied in the seam tracking.
