SLS的成形工艺参数对木塑复合材料烧结性能的影响

Effects of molding process parameters for SLS technology on sintered performance of wood-plastic composite materials

  • 摘要: 以木粉、热熔胶及聚丙烯等为原料,制备木塑复合材料,在HRPS-Ⅲ激光快速成形机上成形试件,试验采用正交优化设计方法,对木塑复合材料采用不同工艺参数(激光功率、激光束扫描速度、扫描间距及预热温度)进行烧结,以烧结密度为主要性能指标,采用方差分析法分析,得出一组既保证烧结质量与加工效率,又合理匹配的优化成形工艺参数.结果表明,扫描速度越低、激光功率越大、扫描间距越小和预热温度越高,烧结密度越大.

     

    Abstract: With raw materials,such as wood powder,hot melt adhesive and polypropylene,the wood-plastic composite materials are made by selective laser sintering(SLS) technology,and molded with the HRPS-Ⅲ laser rapid prototyping machine.The orthogonal optimization method is used for experimental design.The wood-plastic composite materials are sintered with different process parameters(laser power,laser beam scanning speed,scan spacing and preheating temperature).A group of process parameters,which guarantee not only the quality and efficiency of the sinter processing,but also reasonable match of optimization forming,are obtained by using variance analysis method.The results show that the sintered density increases as the scanning speed and the scan spacing decreases,and laser power becomes larger and preheating temperature grows.
