三电极高速CO2双边角焊焊缝成形参数预测分析

Prediction for weld geometry parameters of triple-electrode high speed CO2 fillet welding on double sides

  • 摘要: 以影响三电极高速CO2双边角焊焊缝主要的两个焊接参数,即中间焊枪指向量和跟随焊枪指向量为研究对象,建立两因素三水平的全因子工艺试验设计,利用统计学方法对焊缝成形参数进行预测研究.结果表明,下脚长和上脚长均受中间焊枪和跟随焊枪指向量的主效应影响,而焊缝凸度受中间焊枪和跟随焊枪指向量的主效应和交叉效应影响.下脚长的预测范围大约为4 mm,上脚长的预测范围大约为2.5 mm,而焊缝凸度的预测范围大约为1 mm.

     

    Abstract: Since the multi parameters impacting on the weld geometry in triple-electrode high speed CO2 welding, all the parameters can not be considered at one time, therefore the main parameters should be studied during the welding process. In this paper, two kinds of factors such as the middle electrode offset and the trailing electrode offset of three levels were studied to predict the weld geometry parameters using statistical method.The results show that the horizontal leg length and vertical leg length were effected by the main effect factors and the convexity degree was effected by the both effect of the main effect and interact effect.The predicted values of horizontal leg length is 4 mm, the vertical leg length is 2.5 mm and the convexity degree is 1 mm.
