Direct diffusion bonding TC4 to ZQSn10-2-3

  • 摘要: 对TC4/ZQSn10-2-3直接扩散连接进行了深入的试验分析.试验发现,连接温度和连接时间对接头抗剪强度具有相似的影响规律,在最佳工艺参数(830℃/10 MPa/15 min)下,接头抗剪强度最大可达102 MPa.直接扩散连接接头结合区分为I区由CuSn3Ti5和Pb质点组成;II区由CuSn3Ti5,Cu3Ti和Pb质点组成;III区主要由β-Ti组成;IV区主要由α-Ti组成,同时还有少量β-Ti;TC4/ZQSn10-2-3直接扩散连接接头断口为脆性断口,断口表面相组成主要是CuSn3Ti5和Cu3Ti及析出的Pb质点.结果表明,断口表面相组成是造成接头力学性能不高的主要原因.

     

    Abstract: Thorough experimental study on diffusion bonding of T and ZQSn10-2-3 was carried out. The results indicated that the influence law of bonding temperature and bonding time on shear strength of joints was similar, and the shear strength of joints reached the maximum value(τmax=102 MPa) when the optimum bonding parameters were chosen as follows:bonding temperature of 830℃, bonding pressure of 10 MPa, bonding time of 15 min. In the bonded joint under the optimum bonding parameters, there existed four different zones:zone I was composed of CuSn3Ti5 and Pb particles, zone II consisted of CuSn3Ti5, Cu3Ti and Pb particles, zone III chiefly contained β-Ti, and zone IV was composed of α-Ti mainly and a little β-Ti. In addition, the fracture morphology of diffusion bonded joint of T to ZQSn10-2-3 showed brittle facture characteristics, and the fracture surface phases consisted of CuSn3Ti5, Cu3Ti and Pb particles precipitated, which was the main reason for degradation in the mechanical properties of the joints.
