高能束焊接数值模拟可变新型热源模型的建立

Numerical modeling of new alterable heat source based on high energy welding beam

  • 摘要: 基于电子束等高能束焊接熔池非旋转对称性以及深宽比较大的"钉头"焊缝特征,为更好地模拟焊缝形状,提高焊接模拟计算精度,建立了一带拐点的形状可变的双椭圆衰减体热源模型;新型热源模型形状的可转化性使其具有了可同时用于高能束焊接和一般焊接的通用性;模型建立过程中,对其前后能量的分布给出了明确的函数表达式,利用有限元分析软件对比分析了新型热源模型和其它几种热源模型的温度场的模拟结果,验证了其熔池形态的合理性及该热源的可扩展性.

     

    Abstract: Based on the characteristics of non-revolving symmetry of the welding pool and the taper-shaped weld beam for the electronic beam welding and other high energy welding, a model of transformable double-ellipse gauss attenuation body heat source with an inflexion point is built to simulate the shape of the weld better, and the transformability of the new source model makes it useful in both high energy welding and usual one. In the building process of the model, a clear function formula is put forward for the frontal and rear energy distribution, besides, the finite element analysis software Marc is used to analyse the simulating results between the new source model and other one, and the new model is approved to be reasonable as well as extensible.
