重型压力容器马鞍形焊缝自动焊机插补算法与仿真

Interpolation algorithm and simulation of auto-welding saddle-shaped nozzle of heavy pressure vessels

  • 摘要: 根据重型压力容器接管马鞍形窄坡口焊缝的焊接工艺要求,介绍了马鞍形自动焊机的总体结构和工作原理,给出了马鞍形焊道轨迹的数学模型和简化插补算法.该插补算法采用两轴协调拟合形成空间马鞍形焊道,将三维曲线插补转换成二维问题进行插补运算,并进行了计算机仿真.结果证明,两轴协作拟合算法能够很好地满足自动焊机的使用要求.

     

    Abstract: According to the welding processes of nozzle of heavy pressure vessels,this paper introduced the structure and principle of the automatic welding machine,and also presenteed the mathmetical model and simplified interpolation algorithm which used two collaborative axis to form a space fitting saddle-shaped welding bead.The simulation results indicate that the two-axis interpolation algorithm can meet the requirements of the automatic welding.
