304L不锈钢结构焊接变形分析

Analysis of welding deformation of 304L stainless steel structure

  • 摘要: 针对304L不锈钢材料进行了平板表面堆焊的试验研究和热弹塑性有限元分析.结果表明,试验和数值模拟结果的一致性验证了计算中所假定的材料高温性能参数的合理性.在此基础上,应用热弹塑性有限元法对304L不锈钢液化天然气独立液舱气室与筒体装焊的实例进行研究,成功地预测了结构的焊接变形,为304L不锈钢大型复杂结构焊接变形的模拟和控制提供了理论依据.

     

    Abstract: Experimental study and thermal elastic-plastic finite element method(FEM) of plate surfacing were carried out for 304L stainless steel,and rationality of assumed material properties under high temperature in calculation was verified by consistency of experimental results and numerical simulation results.On this basis,thermal elastic-plastic FEM was applied to welding of dome and cylinder shell of independent liquid tank of 304L stainless steel LNG carrier,and structural welding deformation was predicted successfully.
