基于均匀设计方法探索新渣系不锈钢焊条抗气孔性

Exploring blowhole resistance of new slag system stainless steel electrode by uniform design method

  • 摘要: 分析了多种国内外焊条药皮渣系与资料,设计了新的不锈钢焊条渣系.用均匀设计的思想方法和计算机软件来安排试验.选定11种药皮组分作为自变量,并把每个自变量分成10个水平,共做了30个焊条小样.把焊缝抗气孔性作为函数,利用计算机软件统计分析全部数据.分析结果给出了自变量与函数之间的数学模型和影响规律趋势图.从趋势图中可以看出,长石和云母对焊缝抗气孔性的影响呈正相关.从数学模型上可以看到多种药皮组分对抗气孔性的影响都呈交互作用的形式.利用数学模型和计算机软件可以对指标进行搜索和预报.

     

    Abstract: After analyzing some domestic and abroad electrode coating systems, a new slag system of stainless steel electrode was designed.The experiment was arranged by uniform design method and computer program.11 coating components, each of them being divided into 10 levels, were selected as independent variables, and 30 tests were done in all.The statistical data analysis was done by using blowhole resistance as function and computer software, and then the trend diagrams of effects of every ingredient and the mathematical model between blowhole resistance of stainless steel electrode and 11 coating components were given.The effect of feldspar and muscovite on the mark of blowhole resistance is positive by trend diagrams.There are interactions between most coating components and blowhole resistance by mathematical model.The searching and forecasting can be done by using mathematical model and computer program.
