高强钢低匹配静载等承载对接接头优化设计

摘要: 按照理论匹配比设计的接头通常存在强度富裕,根据对接接头硬度测试结果,对比对接接头实际匹配比与应力集中因子分布,能够确定接头的最小实际匹配比.按照焊根处应力集中因子与最小实际匹配比相等的原则,对按照屈服强度匹配比设计的高强钢低匹配等承载对接接头按照抗拉强度匹配比进行了静载条件下几何参数的二次优化设计,接头几何尺寸显著减小,该接头设计方法考虑了冶金强化作用,避免了不必要的浪费。Abstract: There generally exists a margin of strength in the joints designed by theoretical mis-match ratio.According to data of hardness test of butt joints,practical mis-match ratios and stress concentration factors are compared to determine minimum practical mis-match ratio.In terms of the principle which makes the stress concentration factor at weld root equal to the minimum practical mis-match ratio,the geometry parameters of undermatching butt joint with equal load-carrying ability under static load stress designed by yield strength mis-match ratio for high strength steel are designed by tensile strength mis-match ratio once again.This design avoids unnecessary waste and remarkably decreases the geometry parameters of joint due to taking metallurgy strengthening effect into account.
