基于FPGA全数字逆变电源驱动电路设计及应用

  • 摘要: 提出了基于现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)的逆变电源数字驱动电路设计新方案.采用电流型脉冲宽度调制(PWM)双闭环设计思路,从驱动脉冲在各种正常和异常情况下的可知性和可控性出发,设计了FPGA控制电路、驱动隔离电路和保护电路产生驱动脉冲,利用数字接口与上位机通讯,能够产生精确、灵活的驱动脉冲,参数一致性好.多方面介绍了电路的抗干扰设计.通过现场焊接试验,验证了该数字驱动电路能够稳定工作,并能及时准确地产生保护信号,适应性强,可广泛应用于各种全数字逆变焊机。

     

    Abstract: A new drive circuit design scheme of full digital inverter which adopts current-mode dual-loop pulse width modulation design based on field programmable gate array(FPGA)is proposed.Through analyzing of various drive pulse states in normal and abnormal cases,FPGA control circuits,drive isolation circuits and protection circuits to generate drive pulses are realized,and digital interfaces such as dual-port random access memory,serial peripheral interface to communicate with the host are designed also.Otherwise,various anti-jamming approaches are presented.Experiments of scene welding demonstrate that the digital drive circuit not only works stably in the welding environment and produces timely protection signals,but also has strong adaptability and can be widely applied to various kinds of full digital inverters.
