逆变式微弧氧化电源设备的研制

Research on inverter power equipment of microarc oxidation

  • 摘要: 针对微弧氧化工艺对电源的特殊要求,研制了大功率逆变式微弧氧化电源.详述了逆变式微弧氧化电源主电路的结构和工作原理,介绍了以dsPIC30F6010为核心的控制系统及软件设计.将两级逆变技术应用于微弧氧化电源中,由于逆变频率较高,极大地提高了系统的控制精度和响应速度.通过对微弧氧化电源的输出波形分析和微弧氧化产品的性能测试,结果表明,该电源输出稳定,波形一致性好,产品性能优良,工艺优势明显.证明了该电源设计合理,完全能够满足微弧氧化的工艺要求。

     

    Abstract: In order to realize the special power requirements of microarc oxidation,a high-power inverter microarc oxidation power supply is developed.The structure of main circuit and the working principle of the power supply are introduced,and the control system and software which based on the core of dsPIC30F6010 are also introduced.The twice-inverter technology is used in the power supply because the higher inverter frequency,the control accuracy and response speed are improved greatly.Through the microarc oxidation power output waveform analysis and the performance test of products,the experimental results show that the output of the power supply is stable,waveform is consistent,performance is good,and advantages in technics are obvious.So the design of the power supply is rational and the power supply can meet the requirements of microarc oxidation process fully.
