The current cycle control of AC short circuit transition welding method and system

  • 摘要: 提出的本周期交流短路过渡焊接方法很好的利用了EP(直流反接)和EN(直流正接)不同极性时焊接过程热输入不同的特点,改进了EN极性时电弧不稳和排斥严重的缺点,在每个短路过渡周期均进行两次极性转变,增加了能量控制的连续性.此方法通过改变EN极性的时间,能够灵活的控制焊接过程对母材和焊丝的热量分配,实现焊接过程的能量控制.所设计的焊机系统运行可靠,精度高,能够很好的满足该方法的要求.结果证明,焊接过程稳定,波形整齐,一致性好,焊缝成形美观,飞溅小。

     

    Abstract: A novel AC shortcircuit tansfer was presented.According to the welding heat input control based on the EN and EP transition, the arc instability and exclusion have been improved.In order to make the energy control continuous, double transition was implemented in each cycle.This method can control the energy during welding process with the heat distribution control of the base metal and wire.The welding machine designed for this method can meet the technical requirements and realize service reliability and precise output.The experimental results indicate the AC shortcircuit tansfer technique has stable welding with the less spatter and the good weld bead.
