Technology of laser welding on Al-5Mg-0.3Sc

  • 摘要: 针对铝合金材料传统焊接工艺的缺点,提出了铝合金材料的激光焊接修复工艺.通过对Al-Mg-0.3Sc激光对焊焊缝的金相组织分析、抗拉强度和显微硬度测试,研究了如何有效控制CO2连续激光器的工艺参数,提高焊缝的质量.结果表明,在优化激光功率、激光扫描速度、保护气体流量等焊接工艺参数的前提下,由于稀土元素Sc的作用,焊缝中心的晶粒仅为基体的1/10,抗拉强度达到了基体的88%,显微硬度达到了基体的95%,焊缝无气孔和裂纹缺陷。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the deficiencies of the traditional weld technology on aluminum alloys, laser welding was put forward.Through metallographic analysis on the weld of Al-5Mg-0.3Sc, tensile strength and micro-hardness test, technological parameters of laser were studied to improve the performance of the weld.The results show that because of rare Sc, weld without air holes and cracks can be obtained in the conditions of pretreatment, reasonable laser power, scanning velocity and the flow of shielded gas, which the sizes of center grains are 1/11 as large as that of substrate, micro-hardness achieves 95% and tensile strength achieves 88% of substrate's.
