聚乙烯管道电熔接头焊接过程温度场分析

Analysis on temperature field in electrofusion joint for polyethylene pipes

  • 摘要: 电熔焊接是聚乙烯燃气管道常用的连接技术之一.电熔焊接过程的温度场分布对接头的强度和寿命有着重要的影响.文中建立了聚乙烯管道电熔焊接接头的一维非稳态整体传热模型,综合考虑聚乙烯比热容、密度和热导率的温度非线性,电阻丝与聚乙烯的热导率以及实时输入功率随温度变化对温度场的影响.结果表明,利用文中的方法可以准确地预测电熔焊接过程的温度场,跟踪焊接功率的实时变化情况。

     

    Abstract: The electrofusion(EF) technique for joining polyethylene(PE) pipe is widely used in the gas distribution pipes.The quality of the joint is heavily depended on the temperature field during welding.A model of transient heat transfer is established to analysis the temperature field in PE pipe joint during EF jointing process.The nonlinearities of material property, input power and thermal contact resistance are synthetically taken into consideration.The developed model is verified by experiments, and the results show good agreement.The model can help to determine the temperature distribution and optimize welding specifications.
