交直流双丝埋弧焊电弧干扰分析及控制策略

Analysis of arc interference and control strategy for double wire AC-DC SAW

  • 摘要: 在交直流双丝埋弧焊系统中,由于两个电弧之间的干扰严重,使焊接过程不稳定,通过对两电弧之间的电磁力的分析,发现焊接电流是影响焊接过程稳定的主要因素,电弧电磁力与两电弧电流绝对值的乘积成正比,根据分析提出了一种相应的控制策略,借助于电弧电压检测和脉冲协调控制技术,可以控制脉冲电流的基值与峰值输出,最终减小电弧之间的电磁力,同时利用电子学、自动控制理论及单片机技术设计并制造用于埋弧焊系统的"交直流双丝脉冲电流控制器",在验证性试验过程中采用光电信号测试分析系统实现对焊接电流、电弧电压波形等电信号的采集.结果表明,该设备功能正常可靠。

     

    Abstract: In the AC-DC double wire SAW system, the interference of two arc is serious.It makes the welding process unstable.According to the analysis of the electromagnetic force between two arc, the main factor which affects the welding process has been found, it is the current.The electromagnetic force is proportional to the product of the two arc's current.With this conclusion, a control strategy is put forward.Resort to the welding voltage examine circuit and pulse synergic control technology, the base and peak values of the pulse current are under control.The force between two arc will be reduced, and the process will be stabilized.The double wire AC-DC pulse weld controller that designed for the submerge welding has been developed in combination with electronic technology, automation theory and MCU technology.During the welding process, electric signal testing and analyzing system is applied for electric signal sampling such as welding current, voltage waveform and so on.The result proved the function and reliability of this equipment.
