镓对AgCuZn钎料组织和性能的影响

Effect of gallium on microstructure and properties of Ag-Cu-Zn filler metal

  • 摘要: 研究了不同镓含量银钎料的熔化温度、铺展性能、钎缝力学性能以及钎料的显微组织变化规律.结果表明,随银钎料中Ga元素含量的增加,钎料的熔化温度降低,铺展性能改善,且显微组织有明显改变.分别以紫铜、黄铜为母材,采用火焰钎焊方法,采用对接和搭接接头形式进行钎焊,研究了钎焊接头的力学性能.除黄铜对接外,其它形式的接头断裂位置均在母材上,说明含镓银钎料的力学性能优良;对于黄铜对接接头来说,钎焊接头的抗拉强度随银钎料中镓含量的增加而逐渐增大,当镓含量为3%时,钎料的综合性能最好。

     

    Abstract: Melting temperature, spreadability, microstructures of silver filler metal with different content of gallium, and the mechanical properties of brazed joints were studied respectively. Results show that adding gallium can decrease the melting temperature, improve the spreadability of the silver filler metal, and the microstructure of the silver filler metal was refined significantly. Using copper and brass plates as base metal, brazing with flame method, the mechanical properties of the joints brazed with lap joint and butt joint were tested and analyzed at the same time. Results indicate that the fracture position of two kinds of brazed joints happened on the base metal, except for the lap joint of brass, which shows better mechanical properties of the joints brazed with the silver filler metal bearing gallium; For the lap joint of brass, the tensile strength gradually strengthened with the increasing of gallium content, and the optimum content of Ga cowsing best comprehensive properties of the AgCuZn filler metal is about 3.0%.
